With a substantial excavation, lowering the ground level for indoor-outdoor flow, this 300+ m2 will create a beautiful flow from the living areas indoors to the sun-drenched private pool. A cabana at the far end with shower & toilet facilities plus spa, will be all under shade.
Materials used:
Porcelain tiles & copings, rock-face block retaining, hard-fill areas you can see will be artificial grass, planting will be sub-tropical.
